該系統融合了隧道車輛對象級感知數據、基礎設施數據、運行環境等動靜態數據，以數字孿生為基礎打造智能隧道綜合管控平臺，支持隧道全息運行監控、主動安全預警、特型車輛跟蹤、機電智能巡檢、機電故障管理等功能。

此外，《八維隧道數字孿生系統》采用了“視頻孿生 (實時實景數字孿生(sheng))”技(ji)術(shu)，該(gai)技(ji)術(shu)以三維地(di)理信息(xi)引擎為基礎，結(jie)合隧(sui)(sui)道建筑(zhu)模型，通(tong)(tong)過(guo)對接隧(sui)(sui)道視頻系統、智能感(gan)知設備等，實時(shi)監測隧(sui)(sui)道內的交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)、車輛(liang)、環境狀況(kuang)，精(jing) 準識別隧(sui)(sui)道交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)事(shi)故、交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)違章、火災、隧(sui)(sui)道病害(hai)等事(shi)件，及(ji)溫(wen)濕度、風(feng)速、照明、煙霧等異(yi)常指標(biao)，并(bing)及(ji)時(shi)發(fa)布預(yu)警。
